Alright, so I find some hooligans playing midnight baseball in a grove of trees next to a cement factory.

Check. :happy175:

Drove it to and from work, noticed that many of the strange noises it was making past few days have rather gone away.

Had a shake on the highway yesterday so I checked my wheel torque and tire pressures. Pressure was a little low. No more shake!

He was talking about making some with an extra rail out from them as well

I spoke to Marlin before I purchased them. He may be talking about it but it's not in his future since these stick out past the body of the KJ as it is.

Affixed KJ, JBA, Detroit Trutrac and Bilstein decals to my rear window. This increased my HP, made all jeep noises disappear, gave me 4" more lift, and will now prevent me from ever getting stuck off-road. Well in my head anyway....

Getting ready to put my new stickers on I had made. I named my rig Kroger Buggy when I first got it, which will fit a lot better after the SAS but whatever. Had 2 smallish stickers made that I'm putting on the cargo area side windows. They say Kroger Buggy(same font as their logk) and have a shopping cart flexing on the buggy return rack . Have another going on the bottom left corner of the rear window that says "Please place shopping cart in nearest cart return rack after use."

Added some bracing and cleaned some things up on the box, went to cover it and found that I was about 3" short of material on all sides. I'm using shadow grass camo to match my seat covers, so had to oder more.

Oh yeah, it's going to be funny to see the reactions when I'm out on the trail. Real badass-ness doesn't bling bling, or make you the coolest rig at the mall. It's when I hit the trails and flick those 2 switches and let the arb's and many years of wheeling experience do work.

Guy that has been wheeling with us since high school has a 4 ****** TJ with RE budget boost, lunchbox lockers, and a tummy tuck on 31's. He has around same amount of belly skid clearance as a 4" lifted TJ on 37's, but rocking 31's. I've witnessed that man wheel the piss out of that rig for close to 10 years and I only recall him busting a couple rear driveshafts, a few front stub shaft, and a ton of ripped brake hoses. He's out wheeled decently built rigs on 35's+, due to less unsprung weight and more stability/balance from a low cog. The only time he fell back was in the deep mud, but with a lot of skinny pedal didn't do bad. It's a 80hp 4 ****** on 31's, what could possibly break lol. Granted his axles looked ugly as hell, but he knew his rig and kept it simple. Everyone laughed at the little guy until he's sitting at the top tossing you a strap. He likes the idea of a sleeper KJ to hang with him. Glad I got a stack of spare cv's.

Had to pick up a bunch of stuff from Lowe's so put the cargo area in work mode to see how it worked out.

Love the idea of a sleeper KJ. I always get laughed at while in line for a trail but with the trutrac in the rear I haven't had an issue. Last trail we had a grand cherokee with a snorkel that got majorly stuck for half an hour. When I came up to that spot I cruised right through and blew everyone's mind.

Let it be a jungle gym for my Nephews while I threw on a lug nut and improvised with a socket, deep 19mm and a pipe to tighten it down firmly. Looked at my spring rubber coils and I may be a little hesitant to put them on. They're about and 1/8th of an inch thicker than I thought they would be but might give the front end just the right amount of lift when I swap the others to the back to level it out. I want to raise the Jeep just a smidge since the front springs are sagging enough again the wheels are starting to rub when I turn tight.

I did a bunch of mods and didn't get to go wheeling in between. My first trip to N GA after everything was funny. My wheeling buddies were making jokes until the hillclib out of a small Creek.

I Swapped my OME 926/947's on Bilsteins for 927/948's on OME's, added another conduit nut(3 ring clevis), new front coil isolators and upper mounts, JBA top plate, JBA uppers, Moog inner/outer tre, rebuilt my remanned steering rack with new seals and SKF bearings, new machined(by my uncle) hdpe rack guide, rebuilt front and rear axles with arb's, Napa reman cv's w/new intermediate shaft, Yukon rear axle shafts and I'm sure some other stuff I forgot about. It was like night and day.

Doesn't look steep, and I had a front tire off the ground. There's a creek at the bottom of the hill, and your rear drivers tire drops down off a ledge. My rear coil spring was almost full un-seated lol. Your tires are wet and you had to use a little skinny pedal. Even though it wasn't as slick for me as the 3rd or 4th guy, I got a good laugh watching some of them struggle to get up.
