Scored some tow hooks at the junk yard, too wet to install them today. Mulling over a cb antenna mount and considering placing a bracket under one of the tailgate hinge bolts. Any thoughts on this approach? Is it a bad idea to mess with the tailgate hinges? The antenna may slightly block the driver tail light.

Best to have an antenna in the middle of the roof. The hinge position you're considering would transmit best toward your RF tire and the antenna would act like it was cut off since it's blocked until it clears the roof.

If the distance you want to talk is not far then almost anything will work.

Went to PnP since they were having a sale. Found a sunroof, roof rack bars (not pictured), evic unit, and a muffler. Installed the muffler today. :D

Diagnosed and in the process of replacing the power seat circuit breaker. Both front seats without power, found the breaker and hoping the $7 part fixes the problem.

Just did oil changes on both cars, and just psyched I got to a point in my experience I can do it easily and in about 10 minutes total, skipping the need to jack up the car and not needing big dip pans to save the floor.

Hoping to get the tri-link mount replaced this week when my neighbors lift opens up.

Accidentally bumped the stealth button on my CRD while I was sweeping the shop so I slapped the unmentionable on the exhaust manifold with the gadget from the plumbing aisle. Goobered the v-clamp on it and it seems good even though I can't see it.

Maybe I can put some more parts on it before it "stealths" again.

Feels good to make any progress on it.

Wait......What? I don't have a CRD, so maybe that's why this went completely over my head.
